Fees and Terms of Business

The diversity of my specialist areas allows me to service a wide range of clients from all over the world. The number of successful applications I have handled is rapidly increasing.

Fee Scale January 2019

The “Initial Advice Session Assessment”

Will have a fixed fee of £50. This session can take place anywhere i.e. at our office, via Skype, Facetime, or in the client’s own home.
However, all appointments must be booked in advance.

Immigration Advice & Services at Level 1

We offer a low-cost fee-paying service for clients seeking immigration and asylum advice and casework for anyone who is not eligible for Legal Aid.

Our Fees

All clients must pay an initial fee of £50 for advice regarding their immigration matter.
Our fees do not include VAT, as we are not registered for VAT. All applications submitted to the Home office will be charged on a fixed fee basis only.

Withdrawal of your case

Should you wish to withdraw your instructions part way through your immigration case, We will charge you for all work we have undertaken on your behalf, to date. At an hourly rate of £55

Home Office Application Fees

(NB this is not covered in our fixed fee and is subject to change as the Home Office fees are regulated by the Home Office.

All attendances, appointments and written and telephone correspondence with the client and relevant 3rd parties; consideration, perusal of documentation, preparation and submission of applications, relevant supporting documents review, check, advice, covering letters and copies of documents.

Please Note: Postage expenses are not included.
